Pan Pacific Recreation Center Permanent Tile Installation Los Angeles, CA installed December 2001 225 photo-based tiles were installed in the newly constructed Pan Pacific Recreation Center in Los Angeles in December 2001. These tiles trace the history of the Streamline Moderne and Art Deco styles of architecture in Los Angeles. This is a Parks and Recs. Dept. project administered by the Los Angeles Cultural Affairs Dept. The tiles are installed on the exterior facade and the interior lobby of the building. back to project index
